Hi, I'm Ashley! As a registered nurse, I've spent years caring for people from all walks of life, witnessing firsthand the challenges of stress, burnout, and life's unexpected twists.

Now, I'm bringing that same care to a different kind of healing: helping people like you find calm, motivation, and positivity in everyday life. Sessions are remote (FaceTime/Zoom), flexible, and tailored to your goals. I integrate positivity, practical tools, and encouragement to help you move forward with confidence.

All sessions on FaceTime or Zoom. Reschedule any session up to 24 hours before with no charge. Out sick or traveling and need to push things out a week or two? That's completely fine — we'll accommodate and extend your package end date to match, so you won't lose a session.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy treats mental illness and processes the past — it's clinical, often diagnostic, and licensed. Coaching is forward-looking and practical: we partner to figure out what you want, what's getting in the way, and what to actually do about it. If we discover that what you need is therapy, I'll say so and help you find a great one. (Many people benefit from both.)
Are you a licensed therapist or counselor?
No — I'm a registered nurse and a life coach. I don't diagnose, treat, or prescribe in our sessions. What I bring is years of really listening to people at the bedside, plus the practical tools and frameworks of coaching.
How do sessions actually work?
Sessions are on FaceTime or Zoom — your pick. You'll get a calendar invite with the link as soon as you book. Bring whatever's on your mind — I'll bring the questions, the gentle pushback, and the takeaways.
What happens on the free Discovery Call?
Twenty minutes, no pressure. You tell me what's going on, I tell you how I work, and we figure out together whether we're a fit. If yes, I'll send a link for whichever package you choose. If not, I'll point you toward someone who is.
How do I know which package is right for me?
Honestly? When in doubt, book the Discovery Call and we'll figure it out together. As a quick guide: Calm Start is focused weekly guidance — four sessions, light between-session support, a clear container. Spark & Support adds daily motivation (Mon–Fri) for when momentum matters as much as the work itself. Grow Forward layers in daily personalized accountability, custom action plans, and weekly goal reviews — for clients ready to make a real change and want the structure to actually do it.
What's the cancellation and refund policy?
You can reschedule any session up to 24 hours before with no charge. Once a package is purchased, it's non-refundable, but unused sessions can be transferred to a new package or gifted to a friend. Life happens — let me know and we'll figure it out.
Do you only work with moms?
No — I work with anyone who feels like a fit, mom or not. The mom-and-burnout angle is just where I most often land because I've lived it. If you're a partner, a single woman, a young professional, a man — and the way I write resonates — please reach out.
Are sessions in person or virtual?
All virtual — FaceTime or Zoom, your pick. That lets me work with people anywhere in the U.S. and lets you do sessions from wherever you actually are — no babysitter required.
How do I pay?
Securely through the website. Payments are processed through Stripe. You can pay for a package up front, or split it into 2 or 3 installments at checkout.
What if I want to keep going after my package ends?
Most clients book another four-week package and keep going. If you'd rather space things out — say, an occasional single session to check in — just message me and we'll find something that fits.
